These terms cover using this website, and say what a tuition centre agrees to when it uses Centrely. Centrely isn't open yet. Before a centre uses it, its main owner reads and agrees to Centrely's full terms of service in the app, for the business; those are the terms that apply between us. This page says the same things in short.
1. Who we are
Centrely is run by Centrely Tech Enterprise, a business registered in Malaysia ("Centrely", "we", "us"). "You" means the business that uses Centrely, and, on this website, anyone reading it. Email support@getcentrely.com.
2. Using this website
- This website tells you about Centrely. Nothing on it is an offer that becomes a contract when you read it.
- We keep it as accurate as we can, and say plainly what's still being built. It may change.
- Please don't try to break into it, overload it, or copy it to pretend to be us.
3. What Centrely does
- Your centre's information in one place: programmes, fees, the timetable, closures and policies, which you check and publish.
- Your team's access, each person with their own sign-in and only the parts you give them.
- Coming later Answering parents on WhatsApp from what you publish, booking requests, and reminders to parents who've agreed to them.
Some parts arrive over time. We'll tell you what's included when you start, and before anything you rely on changes.
4. Your account and your team
Your main owner decides who has access, and keeps it up to date when people join or leave. Everyone signs in with their own password and authenticator app, and never shares them. You're responsible for what your team does in Centrely.
5. What you publish
Centrely and your staff tell parents what you publish in it: your fees, timetable, closures and policies. Keeping it accurate and up to date is yours, as are your decisions and your services to parents.
6. Your WhatsApp Coming later
- You connect your centre's own WhatsApp Business account through Meta, and allow Centrely to manage its messages. It stays yours, and you can remove Centrely's access at any time.
- Meta's own terms and policies apply to your use of WhatsApp.
- Meta charges you directly for WhatsApp messages. Those charges aren't part of what you pay Centrely.
7. The assistant Coming later
It will answer parents' questions about your centre only, from what you've published, and pass a conversation to your staff when it can't answer or a person is needed. It may sometimes be wrong or unsure, which is why your staff can always step in. It never claims to be a person, and doesn't help with anything unrelated to your centre, such as homework.
8. Using it fairly
Use Centrely lawfully and only for your centre, as our acceptable use policy says. In short: message only parents who've agreed to hear from you, and stop when they ask; don't send spam, publish anything false or misleading, collect more about parents or children than you need, or try to see another centre's information.
9. Fees
What you pay for Centrely is agreed with you before you start. It doesn't include Meta's charges for WhatsApp messages, your phone numbers, Meta Verified or other Meta subscriptions, or advertising.
10. What's yours, and what's ours
- Your centre's information, and the personal data of the parents, children and staff in it, stay yours. We use them only to provide Centrely to you, as our privacy policy says.
- Centrely itself, the software, our name and our logo, stay ours. You may use Centrely for your centre while you're a customer.
11. Keeping Centrely running
- We work to keep Centrely available and secure, but can't promise it will never be interrupted, and we'll tell you about planned work in advance where we can.
- To stop serious harm, such as a security threat or a breach of the acceptable use policy, we may pause the part of Centrely involved straight away. We'll tell you why, and work with you to fix it.
12. Stopping
Either of us may stop at any time, as your agreement says. You can ask for a copy of your information first, and we then delete it as our privacy policy says.
13. Liability
Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect loss, such as lost profits. Our total liability to a centre in any 12 months is limited to the fees it paid us in those 12 months. Nothing here limits liability the law doesn't allow to be limited.
14. Changes
We publish a new version in the app, ask your main owner to agree to it there, and email your owner before a change that affects you takes effect.
15. Law
Malaysian law applies to these terms.
